The doctor’s approach to the clients is unique in the sense that they provide adequate time to patients and give an empathetic hearing to their problems. The doctors make all efforts to communicate the problems which the patient suffers in a language which they can understand and try to remove the medical jargon so as to make the patient get insight into their problem so that they can truly take an informed decision about the type of care that they need. We will maintain strict confidentiality about the consultations.

We believe that majority of mental health problems can be treated on outpatient basis and in the community if the patient has adequate support at home. We will make efforts to treat patients on an outpatient basis for most of the mental health problems and suggest in patient care if needed.

We will take away the anxiety of doctor consultations.
